Accounting kya he?

accounting wah process he jisme campany ke sabhi transaction or economical financial Information ko ek systematically tarike se record karte.

yaha per dhyan dene wali bat yaha he ki  hum jo economical financial Information record kar rahe he wo ek systematically tarike se record kar rahe he. yahi ki hum normally jaise koi person apne transaction ko record karte he wo tarika hum accounting me use nahi karte he.

jo bhi accounting use karte he un sabhi ka tarika ek hota he. isiliye hame accouting sekhane ki jarurat hoti he.

Learning Keyword of Accouting.

Business:- का अर्थ व्यवसाय होता है | 

Financial Year:- वित्तीय वर्ष जो की 1 अप्रैल से 31 मार्च next इयर में समाप्त होता है|

Trade:-  का अर्थ व्यापार  होता है |  

Owner:- वह व्यक्ति जो business को प्रारंभ करता और उस कम्पनी का संथापक होता

है |  

Example  अनिल ने cloth  का business प्रारंभ किया. तो अनिल business का Owner

है

Capital : - का अर्थ होता हे पूँजी (राशी, amount ) जिसे कम्पनी का Ower business को

प्रारंभ करने के लिए प्रयोग करता है| 

Example :- अनिल ने cloth का business करने के लिए ABC & Co . में आपने  1 Lakh

का प्रयोग किया यहां पर 1 लाख अनिल की capital हुई

Drewing:-  का अर्थ होता है अहरण business में अपने खर्च के लिए रुपये निकलना

जिसे हम  withdrew  के नाम से जानते है  

Example:- अनिल ने बैंक से रुपये withdrew किये 

Goods :-  का अर्थ होता हे business में बेचने और खरीदने के लिए प्रयोग किये जाने वाला माल (सामान, ) tally में हम इसे Stock के नाम से जानते है| 

Purchase :-  का अर्थ होता है खरीदना क्रय करना|

Sale :- का अर्थ होता है बेचना विक्रय करना 

Parchase Return :-  ख़रीदा गया सामान वापस करना

Sale Return :- बेचा गया सामान का वापस मिलना|

Transection :-business में  लेनदेन करना| 

Transection  record:- लेनदेन को रिकॉर्ड करना 

Dealing:- business में लेनदेन को लेकर बातचीत  

Tax:-देनदारी जो हमें गवर्मेंट को देनी होती है GST, Income tax.

1-Assets:-वह संपत्ति जिसका प्रयोग हम business में करते है. ये 2 प्रकार की होती है  

A-None Current Assets:-वे Assets जिनका प्रयाग हम business में अपने प्रयोग के लिए करते है और इनकी समयावधि १२ माह से अधिक होती है

Example:- Lands, building, Furniture, plant & Machinery

B-Current Assets:-वे Assets जिनका प्रयोग हम business  करते है इनकी समयावधि 12 माह से कम होती है जिन्हें हम liquid (मनी) में Convert कर सकते है 

Example: - cash in hand, Bank balance, stock, Debtor bills Recivable , prepaid Expenses

2-Liabilitie:-एसी जिम्मेदारी जिसका भुगतान हमें business में करना होता है | ये 2 प्रकार की होती है | 

A-Non Current  Liability :- एसी जिम्मेदारी जिसका भुगतान business में हम 12 माह या उससे अधिक समय में करते है उन्हें Non Current Liability कहा जाता है 

Example : - debenture, Loan from bank,

इन्हें भी जाने :-

3-Income- business से जो हमरी आय होती है वे 2 प्रकार की होती है.

A-Direct Income:-जिस ट्रेड का हम बिज़नस करते हे उससे हमारी जो अर्निंग होती है 

जैसे - Sold of Goods

B-Indirect Income:- ट्रेड को छोड़के जिन अन्य स्रोतों से हमारी इनकम होती है 

जैसे-Interst, commission 

 4-Expnenses-सबी प्रकार के खर्चे (व्यय ) जो Business में company द्वारा किये जाते है ये भी 2 प्रकार के होते है)

A-Direct Expenses:-डायरेक्ट एक्स्पेंसेस वे खर्चे होते है जो company में प्रोडक्ट निर्माण से सम्बंधित होते है|

जैसे- Wages (मजदूरी), Carriage(भाड़ा)

B-Indirect Expenses:- प्रोडक्ट निर्माण के अलावा company के जो अन्य खर्चे होते है 

जैसे-सैलरी, इलेक्ट्रिसिटी बिल्स, रेंट्स
